Frances J. Rollins is the Chief Operations Officer of Southeast Children’s Fund, Inc., located in Ward 8 of Washington, DC.
Ms. Rollins has over thirty-five years experience in the early childhood/education and training fields. A native Washingtonian, Ms. Rollins holds a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a master’s degree in Adult Education. She is a member of the Washington Association of Child Care Centers and the National Association for the Education of Young Children and is currently president of the local affiliate, DCAEYC. She participated in the Mayor’s Strengthening Partner’s Initiative (SPI), the Early Childhood Leadership’s Institute Taking Charge of Change and the National Center for Neighborhood Enterprise Leadership training. She is a member of Leadership Greater Washington.
