The Southeast Children’s Fund (SCF) is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization that has served young children (ages 6 weeks to 5 years), their families and the professionals who work with them, for over 15 years. Founded in 1994 by Frances J. Rollins, the organization is committed to providing quality programs; and is rooted in current research and effective practices in early childhood education

Professional Development
Sunshine Early Learning Center, Inc. is a partner of Southeast Children’s Fund's Professional Development Institute (PDI) that offers Child Development Associate (CDA) course for early care and education practitioners and individuals interested in the field so that they are able to apply to the Council for Professional Recognition.
