Celika Caldwell is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience in customer experience, strategy, and business transformation across Fortune 500 companies and technology startups. She currently serves as Group Vice President and Head of Customer Experience Programs at Oracle, where she leads global initiatives to enhance customer support and satisfaction for SaaS clients.
Previously, Celika held senior leadership roles at AARP, FedEx, Citibank, Honeywell, and Deloitte Consulting. She brings a strong strategic and operational lens to governance, with deep experience in organizational transformation and stakeholder engagement. Celika is also deeply committed to expanding educational opportunities for underserved youth through nonprofit board service.
She holds an MBA from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from MIT.
