Dr. Jeffrey Grant is Chief Executive Officer and Head of School at Monument Academy Public Charter School and a nationally recognized education leader with more than 30 years of experience in public and charter education. Under his leadership, Monument Academy has demonstrated academic growth, improved social-emotional outcomes, and strong fiscal health, earning the 2024 Building Hope Award for Student Empowerment.

Dr. Grant has led school turnaround efforts in DC Public Schools, served as National Head of Schools for Friendship Education Foundation, and worked extensively in school improvement and leadership development, including at the Harvard Graduate School of Education Principals' Center.

He brings deep expertise in educational leadership, governance, and systems improvement to SCF's Board.
