April brings more than 15 years of experience in human resources and operations leadership, including senior roles within municipal and state government systems in Georgia. Her background includes overseeing workforce operations for large, multi-site organizations, administering budgets and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and supporting organizational growth through strong internal systems.

At SCF, April plays a critical role in strengthening financial and administrative infrastructure, supporting public and private funder compliance, and ensuring that operational systems are aligned with programmatic scale and sustainability. She holds a Master of Business Administration and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
